ERIC MUHLER SOLO PIANO - PT. REYES DANCE PALACE - SATURDAY, JANUARY 20, 2018

After my debut show last September, the Dance Palace was eager to have me back.  I'm happy to announce that I'm returning on Saturday, January 20th to start the New Year with a solo piano concert on the fantastic, 9 foot, Grotrian grand piano.  

My solo act combines both classical music repertoire and my own original compositions with a demonstration of totally improvised music that tends to defy influence and origin.  I tap into deep streams of musicality from all traditions including Western European classical and Americana: from jazz and  blues to rock and funk, romantic melody, chromatic color harmony,  and Latin and African rhythms that combine to transcend, transform, and illuminate.
